Return Shipping Options

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Our default return shipping is a flat rate of $15 for UPS ground (this takes roughly 4-5 business days). Yosemite Bum only ships to US and Canada.

If you want faster shipping, you will be required to pay the additional shipping costs. If that is what you would like, be sure to indicate this choice in the shipping options on the form. Any additional shipping costs incurred by choosing a faster shipping method will be charged to the credit card that you provide as your payment method.

We offer a climbing bum discount for -$3 per pair. You may select this discount on the order form if you are a student, retailer employee, gym employee, active/previous military service, or unemployed.

Get 20% off on resole repairs this November! Please note the following terms for this promotion:

This promo applies only to resole repairs and does not include add-ons or shipping costs.
Your online order form must be submitted between November 1st - November 30th, 2024.
The package must be post-marked to Yosemite Bum Resoles by November 30th. The promotion will no longer be valid if packages are post-marked after this date.

A NOTE ON RESOLES

If you experience any problems inconsistent with regular wear, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will inspect the shoes and redo the work if it is covered under warranty. You should take good care of your shoes and have reasonable expectations. We try our best to maintain the same size and fit of your shoes. However, due to the nature of the resoling process, the fit or size can change slightly (a 1/2 size at the most). *
